Video Game crossovers seem very popular with some gaming fans.

One video game is fun, but combine two or even more, and you can have a zany and very satisfying time.

What are some of your favorite gaming crossovers?

Probably the Capcom fighting game series, they've crossed with Marvel, SNK and Tatsunoko.

For my favorite, I'd have to say Smash Bros. in general. I almost always enjoying seeing a favorite character pop up in unexpected places, though. Super Mario RPG had some fun Easter Eggs involving that.

Mine is probably a fan game crossover called Super Mario Bros Crossover. It's the first SMB game but besides playing as Mario, you can also play as Link (Legend of Zelda), Mega Man (Mega Man), Bill Rizer (Contra), Ryu Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden), Samus Aran (Metroid), Simon Belmont (Castlevania), and the newest edition SOPHIA III (Blaster Master). Each character has it's own movement style, attacks, powerups, and skills. Not to mention custom music ripped from their respective games as well as sprites.

I've not played many crossovers, but Kingdom Hearts series, in my opinion, is cool. Not too much because of the crossover or the story, but the game is nice.
