Today, March 14th, 2011, is National Napping Day! :zzz:

Although it isn't an official holiday, it is still a very celebrated day by many. It is usually always celebrated on the day after Daylight Savings Time change. It's a great way to catch up on some of that missing sleep and help get adjusted to the time switch.

International Napping Day was yesterday, Monday, March 09, 2020. This day is not an official holiday. It was begun so people could take a nap and catch up on the hour of sleep they missed due to the Daylight Savings Time change, or atleast that is what I read somewhere.

Did anyone take a nap yesterday?

National Napping Day is an unofficial holiday usually the Monday after Daylight Savings so people can catch up on their sleep. Today, Monday, March 14 is National Napping Day. Find out more below:
