I heard a story on the news a few minutes ago about Ice Cream and how it is a good food for fighting anxiety or depression. The guy explained how eating it affects the brain, etc. and how it makes us feel better. I don't recall how all that science stuff works, but I believe them. I always feel better after eating ice cream. :yes:

Are there any other foods you can think of that " makes us feel better " when we eat them?

Hey, I think that theory about ice cream works! I had some ice cream last night (Bryers Vanilla), and today, I'm not depressed at all! I feel good!!!!!!!!! :wink:

Hmm, I don't know about ice cream fighting depression, I know it does well with a sore throat though. Usually when most people are depressed *like how I use to be so I know from experience* they usually close themselves out from others and the smallest thing can make them feel better depending on the person.
