With Dark Force defeated, Chaz remembers that Rune knew the monster's name. Rune answers, "Ah! ...er... I've seen it before." He refuses to reveal more information for the moment, beginning a subplot that explores the mystery of Rune's past and his knowledge of the enemy.

Chaz: (Thinking) He seems in deep thought.. Showoff..

Rune: (Thinking) I wonder what I'll have for dinner tonight.. Chicken? No. Steak? No. Fishsticks? Maybe...
