Sega has announced that they will be hold a concert as part of their musical celebration of Phantasy Star's 25th anniversary. On March 23, 2013, the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra will be playing a selection of songs from the Phantasy Star Series in two performances. Sega is holding an online vote to let fans determine which songs are played at the concert.
This concert will be held in Japan, which of course will leave many of us out of a chance to attend, but it is an important event regardless. Tickets and additional details have not yet been announced, as far as I can tell.

Man, this sounds awesome. I love orchestral video game music, and I'm very surprised that Sega would do something this awesome for Phantasy Star at this stage of the game. I would love to be there, but alas!
