Hordes of Nei - Lutz and Noah versions

Thanks to our friend The Komrade, the Patches section now has two versions of Hordes of Nei 1.4. The Lutz Version renames Noah to Lutz, while the Noah Version keeps the original name. There are other changes too, including new graphics!
