I wish I could be with my Maia today... but not a very big deal since we don't celebrate Valentine's day on February 14th here in Brazil, but on June 12th.

Ah tilinelson2, sorry you are not with your Maia and that you don't celebrate the holiday for a few months yet, but enjoy the fun of the day with us here anyway. You can celebrate now and later...twice the fun. :wink: Happy Valentine's day!

Twice? Never abuse of happy things ! lol ;) How come Valentine's day is not at the same datev ? I always like to know about different things in different cultures !

Why not, myau? If my Maia didn't live in another city, I'd see her every day :D
But, for some reason, Valentine's Day equivalent in Brazil is celebrated in June. I don't know the real reason behind it, but I think it is not in February because of the proximity with Carnival, which is a huge event here. And not favorable to couples - I know some people who break up before Carnival and make up again after it, mind you.

Why not ? Because when you are with someone.. Valentine's "day" is everyday for me :) (didn't have so much experience about it but... ;)
You are right to wish seeing her everyday :)
