Halloween Costumes

Celebrating all those special times in each year.

Okay, so I more or less got everything to be Ness. I got the shirt, I got the shorts, I got a hat, I even found purple socks to wear...but I couldn't find a single cheap baseball bat anywhere! I've still got a week and maybe I'll be able to find one at some point, but it was a bit annoying that I couldn't find one anywhere I looked for a decent price. I can live without a yo-yo (it'd be nice to have one, though), but a bat is pretty close to a requirement to be Ness. At least I got everything else with plenty of time to maybe find the rest.

I want to be Barbossa from Pirates of the caribbean. Preferrably the alive one. XD But we didn't have it ready for the costume party, so we went and got a 15$ ready-made costume from the grocery store. It wasn't bad though, I got to wear a robe of black and purple, prolly my 3 favorite outfit choices ever. Plus I got this awesome necklace. lol
Everything has a pattern. Something set. Even random things. They aren't random at all, its complex mathematics. The trick is to find the pattern. Then you can exploit it.

People think things have a certain end. Taxes. Work. Due dates don't really exist. Trust me. When you put a band of world scholars in the same room, and set them on talking about anything, the most interesting topics come up. The existence of negative time. The probability of "random occurrence". The government's involvement in the media. And falsified due dates. They aren't real, trust me....

I am happy...because I got a yo-yo and bat for my Ness costume! One of my friends was out today to get a game disk replaced and he stopped in a Toys R Us for me and got a yo-yo and bat. The bat might be foam, but I don't care! It'll do for now. I'm just happy that my costume is now complete! :D

Glad you found the needed items for your costume, Caged Wolf. Actually, you are probably safer with the foam bat as a wood bat might be dangerous in some circumstances, although, a good weapon if needed.

Well, the foam one is pretty sturdy. Regardless, I'm quite happy, and I know there will be pictures taken as a friend of his back home requested one. My boyfriend has a photobucket account, so I may post a link should he post any pictures, which he likely will do.

Anyone dressing up in costume for this Halloween 2023? If so, what are you wearing?

Not me.
All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.
