I had the pleasure of downloading the full game about a month ago and it's in every way faithful to the original. Even though I already have all 4 on Sonic's Ult. Gen Collection, all 4 original carts and the first 3 on the GBA, I still had to get it on Xbox Live. Guess you could say I'm a nerd
