I thought there was already a topic on this subject, but I couldn't find it, so I started a new one here.

Anyone else here a fan of the TV show " Ghost Whisperer " On NBC, starring Jennifer Love Hewitt?

I love this show, and have been watching from almost the very first season. It is about a woman that "sees dead people" or more rightly, "sees ghosts". She finds out why they have not passed on into the light yet, and helps them do what they need to do so they can "go into the light".

The new season of "Ghost Whisperer" begins tonight at 8 p.m., eastern time. From all I've heard so far, it looks like a great show tonight.

Good show last night, but could have been better I thought. It was basically to introduce a new character to the show who is taking the place of actor Jay Mohr (who is leaving for his own tv show). Melinda saying "goodbye" to the Professor (Mohr) was the best and saddest part of the show.

I hope if his new TV show doesn't make it, that he returns to "Ghost Whisperer".

Last week Melinda's husband, Jim, died. This week he will be a ghost, or atleast that's how it looks from the previews they've shown on tv. This is going to make a lot of fans angry as they didn't want Jim to die but wanted Melinda and him to be happy together, and to finally have the baby they wanted. This week's episode should be really good - sad - but good.

Sad news. I read that "Ghost Whisperer" had been canceled by CBS.

ttp://www.tvguide.com/News/CBS-Cancels- ... 18604.aspx

It makes no sense that they would cancel this program, especially after it has held and won it's ratings time slot for such a long time.

It had a pretty good run though, right? Maybe they just ran out of stories to tell.
