Post subject: Genesis Collection Page, PSII Credits

I have added a section for the Sega Genesis Collection, with credits, a title screen, and miscellaneous info. The Phantasy Star II section also has a Game Credits page now.

In the future, I will probably try to move more of the collections listed on the Collected Editions page off into their own sections like this.
