Yup. Pretty big deal, he was very influential, particularly in the PC gaming scene. Been hearing a lot about it, as I’m in a Jim Sterling discord and their audiences overlap to a very considerable degree. His widow posted a lovely poem on twitter after his death.

33 is simply too young to go.

Never heard about him (I'm not a real big fan of e-sport, to be polite..

) but it's always sad to die so young... RIP and condolences to his family...

He wasn't an e-sports person, he was a youtube content creator. He focused primarily on PC gaming and the indie gaming scene, and was known especially for his focus on settings for PC games to get the best performance our of your hardware. He was also heavily involved in the Starcraft community (former pro, maybe? I don't recall for sure), and created some voice packs for Starcraft II.
