I guess at this point Overwatch. Never been into multiplayer online shooters but Overwatch has been a consistent exception. Enough that I kind of accidentally ended up admining a play community on discord for it, ha ha. I think it helps that there are plenty of options for players who may not have awesome aim and there's emphasis on things like positioning and game sense over raw mechanical skill in a lot of cases. Plus fun lore and great characters, and frequent updates, events and patches trying to keep balance somewhat decent (though the recent meta with a tank heavy lineup has so far been tough for Blizzard to bust, but the patch that's up on the test servers may at least put a dent in it). Right now I'm trying to reach the platinum tier in the ranked mode and last night I broke my career skill high by duo queueing with someone in my community with two characters that probably have some of the best gameplay synergy, and that particular player and I have pretty good chemistry to work together and with the rest of our team.
