This is the cover to Game Players Encyclopedia of Sega Genesis Games Volume 3. This magazine was a massive 210 page publication with features similar to the smaller Game Players issues of the time. Phantasy Star III, as you can see, is mentioned on the cover as one of the titles covered by this book. Inside, there is a ten page guide for the game.
