Food testers for Space/Astronaut flight

NASA is looking for some food testers for Food items, etc., for possible future space missions and flights, specifically to Mars:

I don't think I'd enjoy being closed in like that for four months. It might be interesting to see what kinds of different foods NASA is thinking of giving the astronauts, but I'll stay out of the space travel business until they have the more practical work done.
