Food Coupons

Do you use food or grocery coupons? Have you ever participated in a double coupon day at a store, or a triple coupon day? Do you think coupons help in buying various products, or are they just a waste of time with all the cutting out, sorting, using, etc.?

We use a few every now and then. It's not something we actively seek out, but if we come across a coupon for something we might buy often, then we'll use it. Especially those that are in the store, stuck on the very thing we're about to buy.

If suppose if you are dedicated enough to using them, they can save you a lot of money. It takes a lot of time for that, though.
