Sega has released some new media for Phantasy Star Online 2. This comes with an announcement that alpha testing will begin in August. They have posted new screen shots and the first wallpaper here:

Customization of the chest area of a female is briefly shown near the end of the trailer. The characters are covered about as much as you'd expect from a swimsuit, so it fits within the limits of allowed content under our guidelines... but just barely.
