Yeah I own PSP2. It' actually just female clothing and also parts for Casts, not actually Miku herself. The leeks are weapons of course you can also get a leek wand as well if I remember correctly. She also has the longest possible hair style in the game.

Sega also publishes the Project Diva games for PSP in Japan too. Which are Hatusne Miku, Music/ Rhythm games, so I guess they own the rights to use her in some ways. It would explain why her clothing is in Phantasy Star Portable 2 anyway.
