That's a good idea Neithird. I may have to find some recipes and look at that thread once again.
I was just wondering if anyone has any other main meat dish for Thanksgiving instead of Turkey? Some people may not like Turkey or may not be able to eat it for some reason. I know at Christmas some people have Ham, some have Turkey, and some have both. I like that idea. YUM.
