I'm willing to admit I like the original Family Guy Christmas special. Lois going insane is just that funny to me. I also really enjoy the Grinch.

I liked the Christmas episode of Friends in season 7, where Ross dressed up as the Holiday Armadillo to tell his son about Hanukkah. The entire episode was really good.

Scrooge (with Bill Murray)
Rudolph, Frosty, and all the cartoon Christmas series including Claymation, etc.
Polar Express
Prancer
