Tarzan movies

I just recently watched the new Tarzan movie on DVD. "The Legend Of Tarzan: A New Threat Awaits" starring actor Alexander Skarsgard as Tarzan was a pretty good movie, imho. The movie also stars actor Samuel L. Jackson. Actress Margo Robbie plays the role of Jane.

I like how they showed the history of Tarzan in this movie. And there was one very good scene that showed Tarzan interacting with the lions, but there could have been more interaction with other animals, I think. Also would have liked to have seen more about his time in London. However, there is only so much they can get into one movie I suppose. Not sure if they are planning any more Tazan movies, or not, but I hope so.

Tarzan is a legendary character and has been in so many movies over the years and played by so many actors over the years.

Anyone have any favorite Tarzan movies and Tarzan actors of the past?

And, if anyone has seen this new "Tarzan" movie, what did you think of it?

As for my favourite Tarzan Movie and Tarzan actor, I'll say Greystoke ! The film was great and, more than that, the main actor, playing Tarzan, is no more than french actor Christophe Lambert !
I'm a bit chauvinistic here !
