Bulletstorm

It seems a lot of comic book writers are getting involved in the gaming industry also.

Anyone here ever heard of Rick Remender?

This new game "Bulletstorm" sounds like a riot. :D

Love the reference to Captain Kirk. :)

As a comics fan, I have to say: nope, never heard of Rick Remender. From the article it sounds like he works mostly on small independent titles, which don't show up much in my part of the world.

But yeah, there's a lot of crossover between the comics and games industry. Mostly because there are many games based on comics and even some comics based on games. That makes it easy for a writer to establish a rep in one field and use it to expand into the other. It works for people in TV, also.

There's actually an article in an issue of Game Informer I have. Honestly, Bulletstorm looks like a fun game. Not sure I'd buy it though, I'd definitely want to play it.
