Exotic Pets

Have you ever owned, or knew anyone that owned, an exotic pet? Cats and dogs are pretty common, but there are many kinds of pets that come from all over the world. One example is the rock agama that looks like Spider-Man. Apparently the agamas are in high demand as the latest pet craze.

For my part, I've never had anything more exotic than a parakeet, which is pretty common itself.

I'm not sure if my African Dwarf Frogs count. I mean, you can get them at most pet chains in the aquarium section, but when I tell people I have five ADFs, they have no clue what I'm talking about. I guess they just get overshadowed by showier fish.

We did own a Snake-necked Turtle for a while but he died of old age and I currently own an Eastern-Two lined dragon (aka: Nobbi Nobbi Lizard)
