Phantasy Star: Fringes of Algo

In her last true appearance, Alis Landale trusts Chaz with the care of Elsydeon and the task of saving Algo. She is no more than a spirit now, having passed from life more than one thousand years before. Is it unusual that she looks as she did when fighting Lassic, rather than appearing as the woman who traveled on Alisaland in PS Gaiden?

Maybe how they should look in Gaiden are like these PSG official artworks images and not how they're shown on the in-game scenes.

Or maybe she choose the shape of the statues (termi, esper mansion, elsydeon cave) to not confuse us even more. In any case she looks like 15 on Elsydeon so even if Gaiden never happened she still would be different from her appearance before dying.

Well, everyone in Elsydeon looks like they did in-game. I'm guess so it's the player recognizes them. Granted it would be a give-away if the PS II cast looked older, but that doesn't explain the PSI cast.

I agree with Shinuzzo : they all look like in game as we can all recognize them ! In other case, it would have been necessary to sort of put a subtitle ! because to recognize them would have been difficult otherwise... (maybe !)
