In case you were not familiar with her, among other things she played the role of Catwoman on the "Batman and Robin" 1960's tv show. She was the second actress to play the role of the tv Catwoman with the first being actress Julie Newmar. Ms. Kitt added her own special purrr to the character, though, giving it her own special touch. She was terrific in the role from what I remember.
She was also a very popular singer with many hits, among them was a Christmas classic "Santa Baby".
