Dredd 3D movie

The new movie "Dredd 3D" has recently been released to theatre's and from the previews I've seen, it looks terrific...although perhaps somewhat different that the previous "Judge Dredd" movie starring Sylvester Stallone.

Has anyone seen the movie so far?? If so, what did you think of the new movie? How does it compare to the previous "Judge Dredd" movie?

I couldn't care less about the 3D aspect, but I'd like to see the movie at some point. I've read it did really poorly at the box office over the weekend, though. I haven't heard any bad things about the movie itself, though, so maybe it was just not marketed well enough. I suppose competing with a kid's movie as popular as Finding Nemo did not help either.
