 Post subject: Downloads Section Upgrades

The Downloads section has been upgraded today.

Due to compatibility issues with the recent forum upgrades, that section had been running off the old forum base until now. It took a while to get this upgraded because I had to do a lot of customizing to get it looking like the rest of the site, but it's finally up and running.
