Ugly Cat

Postby Silver_Surfer1 » Mon Mar 9, '09, 11:30 pm

Some would argue that there are no " ugly cats " and that all cats are beautiful, and while I tend to agree with them to some extent, I have to think about this one:

I love his name, lol. And, I am glad he's got a loving home it seems.

So, what do you think .... ugly or not ugly?

I wouldn't call him ugly, but I also wouldn't want to live with a cat missing that much hair. It would just feel weird to pet him to me.

Bless him. I'm glad some people love him the way he is. While I'm more of a dog-lover myself, it disturbs me to think that the visiting "tourists" might deride him as a freak. He's one of God's creatures, isn't he?
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. - C. S. Lewis

I think so too. I wouldn't call him pretty; but he doesn't deserve to be treated like a freak. I'm glad that he's placed in a safe home. :D

Aww. poor kitty. At least people seem to love it despite how "unique" he is.

Sorry, but kitties are my one true weakness. Here's a pick of my cat Fuzzy:

This picture makes her look big for some reason, but she's actually very small.

Looks kind of like a lion to me. I have a hard time calling cats ugly, I love them too much...
