Jerry Lewis, comedian / actor / singer / dancer / entertainer, has passed away from heart disease at age 91. Jerry was also very famous for hosting the Muscular Dystrophy Telethons every year for many years. His son, Gary Lewis, is the founder and lead singer in the classic rock group, Gary Lewis And The PlayBoys!
