DG Update (June 2011)

Well it's been about two months or so since she's been drawn. A little update on her design, she now has lighter hair and her pig tails are much bigger. As for the white skirt that was just something I wanted to test out. When I was originally coming up with an idea for a new female character at the time I wanted her to wear a white skirt. But DG's colour scheme is no doubt just blue and grey. So her white skirt isn't a staple change; just a test run. As for DG herself I thought she turned out well. Thank god I put pockets in her jacket. I really, in all honesty couldn't be bothered drawing hands today. Well I hope you like her this time around.

She certain looks even better than the previous drawings, mainly the face, whose proportions are more harmonious.

Great work, I'm liking the new color scheme. And I'm sure it's not because it reminds me of my old school colors at all. I agree that the proportions seem better overall. The while skirt is a nice offset to all that gray. I'd consider keeping it, personally.
