The Flopper edition of the Phantasy Star III game editor, Aridia has been released by hugues. Among other features, this update includes editing of weapon and armor attributes.

On a related note - I'm close to being done with the character editing, since it includes inventory editing it's a tad more complicated than I expected. If anyone would like to volunteer to beta test it later this week please drop me a line...
