"Dancing With The Stars" returns for their new season on September 6, I think it is, and the new celebrity cast was announced this morning on "Good Morning America" tv show. The new celebrities include:

Christie Brinkley (Model)
Hannah Brown (former contestant on "The Bachelorette" tv show)
Mary Wilson (Member of "The Supremes" singing Trio )
Lamar Odum (former NBA and husband to Kloe (sp?) Kardashian)
Sean Spicer (former White House Press Secretary under Pres. Trump)
James Van der Beek (Actor, "Dawson's Creek".)
Ray Lewis (former NFL player)
Lauren Alania (Country Music Singer)
Karamo Brown (Actor)
Ally Brooke (Singer, Fifth Harmony)
Kate Flannery (Actress, "The Office")
Kel Mitchell ("Kenan and Kel"

The Pro dancer partners have not been announced yet but I did read that dancer Peta Murgatroyd will be returning.

Oh well, I hope it will be an interesting show this season. We shall see.

Probably so, myau56. I don't think I would recognize them, but hey, it would be interesting to hear who they were so go ahead and post their names if you would like. We can atleast look them up online to find out more about them if we want to know more.

Last night's elimination was for Sailor Brinkley (?) who is the daughter of model Christie Brinkley who was originally chosen to be on the show but broke her hand at the beginning of the show and had to leave so her daughter took her place. Now her daughter is gone also.

The list is slowly narrowing down. Til next week.

"DWTS" was on Monday night again. This week the "star" who was eliminated and sent home was Karamo Brown.

This week was the Halloween show with all the stars and their partners dancing to some type of scary or horror themed music, etc. The costumes were terrific and the dances were all good. Clips of all the dances can be found online if anyone wants to see them.

I first thought there was no elimination this week but actress Kate Flannery ("The Office) was eliminated. Sad to see her go as she was getting pretty good.

The Judges and many other fans are shocked and surprised that Sean Spicer has not been eliminated as yet due to heavy viewer votes keeping him there. He may not be as good or as experienced a dancer as many of the others are but he is trying. I think having someone with no dance experience at all and trying to learn it makes the show more entertaining versus someone who has had dance experience previously.

Ah ! After reading all you noted on the american version, there are many common points with the french version ! And it's logiocal, especially for the first one !
There was a Halloween Special last Saturday ! :)
And one dancer is a bit worst compared to other ones but he is still there, because the public vote for him ! ;)

Sean Spicer was the "star" eliminated from tonights "DWTS". He gave it his best but in the end he just wasn't as good a dancer as the other remaining "stars". It came down to a judges vote and the judges voted for the other "star" instead of Spicer.

The semi-finals are almost ready to begin, next week, I think. The show is winding down now.

Last night was the semi-finals on "DWTS". Actor James Van Der Beek ("Dawson's Creek) was eliminated last night. Surprising since he had been one of the very top contenders from the very beginning of the show this season. However, he made an announcement at the beginning of the show that he and his wife had suffered a miscarriage of their latest pregnancy. Condolences to him and his family on this loss. It had to be devastating to the family. And, although, he has been purley professional it also had to effect his dancing in some manner. I noticed a few mistakes and slow movements last night which I had not seen previously. Very understandable though. Still, it is sad that he will not be there for the finals next week.

This time next week we should know who the mirror ball trophy champions for this season will be. It will also be the last night of the show this season.
