It's an interesting idea, but I think this is going to be a miss. For one, the texture promises to be very strange and if you avoid oatmeal already because of that then this won't be much different. Secondly, I am willing to bet these cereals will be loaded down with sugar like all others are so you have to ask what you're really getting out of these.
