New findings say that Popcorn and Chocolate may be good for your health, if eaten in the right way, etc.

Interesting studies and findings. Makes me feel a whole lot better the next time I just HAVE to have a chocolate bar or a bowl of popcorn! :p

Eh, it sounds like there is little beneficial value as I understand those studies. Eating chocolate might cut five pounds off you're weight, if you exercise regularly and eat an otherwise balanced diet? I think the exercise and diet will provide more benefits than the chocolate. The popcorn thing sounds like it's at best a supplement to vegetables and other traditionally healthy foods as well. And then only assuming there's not a lot of butter on it... and if you ask me, using very little butter defeats the whole purpose of popcorn.

I'm not a real popcorn eater but it reminds me that I have some in my shelves and I'm sure that the limit is near ! I'll eat them this week :) Butter is indeed an important part of popcorn but sure it depends on which popcorn you eat I think.
