I been meaning to show all you guys this for a while now. It’s a photo I took of the snake that was spotted at my Nana’s house when we went there for a visit last month. It was sitting in the paper-bark tree down the back. The area, which she lives in, is a good spot for snakes to be found lots of bush and the bushland backs off onto a mangrove creek, which then runs into the beach. Anyways this guy was the biggest snake and the closest so I got a good shot

(Except that he was facing the other way

) . There were another two snakes and they were all within about two or three meters of each other on different trees. I’m not exactly 100% sure what kind of snake this guy is

but I reckon he’s some kind of python.
Don’t freak out because pythons aren’t venomous for those of you who didn’t know

. I’d say they would have been eating the flying foxes that come from the mangroves because they all looked quite full and weren’t exactly active. Anyways it’s just some unique Aussie wildlife.
