Cheating

As someone that has not yet played PSU and is considering getting the new version, I ask: is cheating a big problem in PSU's online environment? While I didn't have much direct contact with it in PS Online, I know it was a major issue that drove many people away from the servers. Will PSU suffer a similar fate?
