Post subject: César's non-PS fan art
PostPosted: Thu Jan 8, '15, 12:22 am
Hello, guys.

I will be sharing the pics I draw when I am not working on Phantasy Star fan art.

I hope you will like them, or, at least, enjoy them a little.

This first pic is my most recent non-PS pic. This is Spot Conlon, from Disney's Newsies musical film. Given the age of the classic PS games, I think some of us were old enough to watch this movie when it came out (I did not watch it then, though).

Not added to the gallery. I will use this single thread for more non-PS pics and leave the gallery threads for Phantasy Star only.

Great artwork!! Don't think I have seen the show you mentioned but I can enjoy the artwork anyway. Love the cap and his eyes are simply amazing. Lips are looking good too. Thanks for sharing your artwork with us Cesar.

Thanks!

The theater version was recently on Broadway. Perhaps it is still showing. The dances are really full of energy and amazing steps. Things totally out of my league even in a million years.

Seventeen year old Christian Bale was the protagonist of this movie. He danced and "sang", too. It is kind of cute seeing him do that when now he is Batman and all cool and serious.

And this one, Spot, was my favorite of the bunch. His character was very interesting, but perhaps the cap, simply amazing eyes and good looking lips also had something to do with it. :D

I would like to see Christian Bale singing and dancing. He always seems so serious. Will have to see if I can find a clip of this somewhere lol. :)

After a few days with way less time for drawings due to work and rehearsals, here is a new pic.

This is Jack Cantori, friend of the main character in Stephen King's Duma Key. He is a college student at Florida State University who works part-time for Edgar Freemantle and becomes a friend. He is always helping him with whatever he needs to do. Just like Tommy Ross, the character from Carrie, Jack is very positive and has a smile that really shines.

More Stephen King fan art. This time, from Lisey's Story.

This is Gerd Allen Cole (or Blondie, as Lisey calls him). He plays an important part on Lisey's past and is a key to start her journey through her own memories.

An online friend helps in the Anime Boston conventions. With the mention of the East PAX at Boston, I remembered this not so recent pic.

This is Steve Rogers, who, supposedly, drew the Captain America comic some time during the late 80s (and was Captain America himself). The little fan is Jack Power, from the Power Pack.

Nice. I wonder if this picture has been/ever will be used in any of the marketing for Anime Boston?
