I want to thank everybody for having patience with me since I couldn't post yesterdays lady on time. Computer troubles are the worse especially when you have a thread that you have to post in every day. Everything is back on track now so tomorrows lady will be placed on time as expected.

Todays lovely young lady comes from the Soul Calibur series. Talim was born in the Village of the Wind Deity (Nayong Anito ng Hangin) located in Southeast Asia (Philippines), there lived a tribe of people who could control the winds. Talim was the granddaughter of this village's elder, Kalana, and daughter of its shaman, Lidi. Due to turmoil caused by the influences of Spanish and Portuguese culture, she was reared to be its last priestess (Babaylan). The day that the Evil Seed spread across the world, Talim felt the winds, and an evil aura that devoured everything in its path surged into her body, causing her to lose consciousness for days. Years later, when Talim was fifteen years old, a man from the west brought with him a strange metal fragment, claiming it to be a vitality charm. Talim, however, recognized the evil energy as the same energy she had experienced years before and left on a journey, believing that if she were to return the fragment to its rightful place, peace would eventually be restored, despite the elders' misgivings. Talim always rely to the signs of wind. She learned from her ancestors the traditional wind-reading, as in early years ago, wind is always a sign if a bad climate comes or bad wind coming in the village could be a bad sign as a devil is coming.

Todays lovely lady comes from the anime Ragnarok: The Animation. Yufa is an Acolyte and Roan's childhood friend. She is also part of the main protagonists of the series Ragnarok the Animation. She usually shows a cheerful mood, though it is obvious that she is still mourning the loss of her older brother, Keough. When Keough suddenly returns to life as an evil being, she becomes confused and doesn't know whether or not to fight her brother or protect him. Later, in an effort to save the souls under the control of the Moonlight Flower in Payon, she becomes a Priestess. Eventually, Roan's ignorance and arrogance pushes Yufa away and prompts her to leave the group (and Roan) behind for her brother, Keough. Keough eventually corrupts Yufa by removing her soul crystal, something that seems to give her the ability to stay pure, and is also consequently one of the key items of Dark Lord's revival. After stabbing Roan in her corrupt state, Keough comes to her in a vision and tells her that he must leave her... but that Roan would protect her in his absence. This vision broke Dark Lord's corruption, and freed Yufa to allow her to see what she had done. Holding the dying Roan in her arms, Yufa kissed her childhood love at last. This kiss of true love destroyed the cursed ruby ailing Roan, allowing the two to stand together against Dark Lord. With the help of her friends and Roan, Yufa sealed Dark Lord away with a Magnus Exorcismus spell. At the end of the series, it is implied that Roan and Yufa married.

Todays lovely lady comes from the game Dark Chronicle (Dark Cloud 2 in the US.) Monica is a young princess, adept at both swordsmanship and magic, who hails from 100 years in the future. After the murder of her father at the hands of an enigmatic figure named Gaspard, she sets out on a journey through time to uncover a grim conspiracy. Her travels take her into the past, where she helps Max in a battle against the evil clown Flotsam, who, like her nemesis Gaspard, is a servant of Emperor Griffon. Afterwards she joins Max on the quest to rebuild time and put an end to Griffon's scheme. Her weapons of choice are various swords and special brassards that enable her to use elemental magic. She also has the unusual ability to change into monsters, which avails her new combat options, as well as enabling her to talk to other monsters of the same "type". Monica has one of three special amulets (Blue Atlamillia) that enable travel through time, hers allowing movement from the future back into the past.

Monica was a great character in the game, much more enjoyable to use than her male counterpart. Her monster transformations were next to useless, though. They really should have put more thought into that feature.

Todays lovely lady comes from the anime Inuyasha. Kagome Higurashi is one of the main protagonists of the series. Born in modern Japan as the reincarnation of the priestess Kikyo, Kagome has the Shikon Jewel unknowingly hidden inside her body until 1997, when a demon pulls her into the Bone Eater's Well and 500 years back through time. They emerge in the Feudal Era about 50 years after Kikyo's death, where the demon extracts the jewel from Kagome. When another demon seizes the jewel, Kagome shoots it with a bow and arrow,
While trying to protect the jewel using a bow and arrow, she accidentally shatters it into numerous shards that disperse throughout the country. She agrees to help find them, as she can sense the presence of nearby shards. As the series progresses, she falls in love with InuYasha, and finds herself competing with the revived Kikyo for his affections. During the search for the jewel, Kagome's own spiritual powers and archery skills continue to improve. At the end of the series, Kagome returns to her own time for three years. She is then able to return to the Feudal era where she and InuYasha acknowledge their love for one another and she chooses to remain there with him.

Kagome is hot. You should pick Yuri from the Dirty Pair (the original animes, not Dirty Pair Flash) for the next choice, or one of the next choices.

Todays lovely lady comes from Final Fantasy VII. Yuffie Kisaragi was born at an unspecified time, but seems to be somewhere around the end of the Wutai War. Her mother is never mentioned in any game, but according to the Creation Materials in the Final Fantasy VII Ultimania Omega guide, her mother was named Kasumi and died from an illness when Yuffie was young. As a child, Yuffie watched Wutai turn into a tourist resort and grew up on stories about how the area used to be a place of honorable mystique before Shinra came. Yuffie has a very cocky and rude personality, and at times can be aggressive and a bit of a tomboy. She has a tendency to bestow honorific titles on herself, such as "great ninja Yuffie" and "the single white rose of Wutai". Despite being the daughter of Wutai's leader, Godo Kisaragi, Yuffie has little tolerance for tradition and is highly rebellious to the very old-fashioned ways of Wutai, which lead to her clashing with her father. She is also very clever and cunning, able to trick the party with ease. Despite this, she is not at all averse to heroics and is still a reliable ally and friend of the main characters. She also appears to find herself beautiful, as shown at one point on the Highwind when she says that everyone is "dyin' to talk to a babe like "her.".

Todays lovely lady comes from Xenosaga. Shion Uzuki was born on Old Miltia before the deaths of her parents during the Miltian Conflict. She blamed her brother, Jin Uzuki, for their deaths and continued to hold a grudge fourteen years later, after she's become a researcher and scientist for Vector Industries serving aboard the Galaxy Federation vessel the Woglinde as the head of the KOS-MOS Project, one devoted to designing an anti-Gnosis battle android. Gnosis attacked and destroyed the ship, as it was transporting a Zohar Emulator, and, aside from a few others who had made it to escape pods, only Shion, Allen Ridgeley, a member of her team; KOS-MOS, who had activated herself to save Shion. At the age of 8, Shion found herself in a church when the Miltian Conflict began. She bore witness to the death of Febronia and ran away in terror. She decided to go see her mother in Labyrinthos using a hidden path. She arrived in her mother's room only to have her father throw her in and be killed by Asura-27 Realians that Kevin was working on. She went to her mother's side, but was forced to hide when the berserk Realians got in and then murdered her mother.

Todays lovely lady comes from the anime Cowboy Beebop. Faye Valentine is a wanted bounty head and a member of the bounty hunting crew aboard the Bebop. Faye awoke from a 54-year coma after being injured in a Space Shuttle accident as a teenager. Faye had retrograde amnesia but was otherwise unharmed in the accident. Her body was preserved in cryogenic sleep, in which she aged at a much slower rate. Upon waking, she fell in love with a con artist who faked his own death and left her with an insurmountable debt. She was tricked into assuming the massive debt of the man who woke her, and resorted to gambling for an easy way out of her debt.
