You've done a great job picking characters, Kaloes, and anyone who's gawking at that picture of Relm needs a reality check, anyway. That's a really nice representation of her using her magic brush. It looks like a watercolor print, which seems highly appropriate for Relm.

Hey.. You just have to remember that they don't have it as bad as Japan..

The Castlevania character Maria Renard?

Her older form is in Symphony of the Night but the japanese ONLY like her YOUNG version.

Her young, Loli, little form is the most popular in japan. And that explains.. Relm/Rydia/Nel(bleach)/Emeralda(Xenogears) etc.

Relm's sketch glitch doesn't work on my Ff3 SNES CART *(

Todays lovely lady is Saya Otonashi of Blood+. Saya was "born" in 1833 from one of two cocoon-like objects taken from the belly of a chiropteran mummy, the other cocoon containing her sister Diva. Both are kept at the "Zoo" by Joel Goldschmidt, where Saya is treated as his daughter and Diva, who is left nameless, is confined to a tower. Saya does not learn about Diva's existence until 1863, when she hears Diva singing and finds her locked in a room at the top of the tower. Saya is a skilled athlete and fights using a special katana with an edge she can touch with her thumb while gripping it so as to draw blood, and grooves specially designed to spread her blood through its entire blade. Once loaded with her blood, it is a deadly weapon against Diva and any chiropteran created from Diva's blood.

Todays lovely lady comes from Star Ocean IV: The Last Hope. Reimi Saionji is a young woman from the Saionji family, one of the most prestigious on Earth. Her parents serve as board members of the Space Development Division of the USTA. Upon passing the USTA's examination, she was selected along with Edge Maverick as a member of the inaugural SRF team. Reimi may wear a bright, constant smile, but she's often very hard on herself, never complaining about her lot in life. Even so, she sometimes finds carrying the burden of the secret behind her birth to be nearly unbearable. Upon learning the truth behind her birth, she resolved never to tell anyone, bearing the pain of the secret all by herself. She cursed her own existence, unable to accept herself for who she was, and she'll continue to carry that pain with her until the day comes when her powers are finally accepted... She often slaps Edge for reasons.

Ah Saya, she’s definitely a cool character. I haven’t seen Blood + it’s still awaiting its Aussie release but I did enjoy her cold but cool attitude in the Blood: The Last Vampire anime movie.

Todays lovely young lady comes from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Katara is the only current waterbender from the South Pole's Water Tribe, a race of people who can control and manipulate water. Katara earns the title of Master Waterbender from Master Paku of the Northern Water Tribe by the age of fourteen, something very rare. She is the last remaining waterbender in the Southern Tribe (Katara's Home) because of continuous raids on her village by the Fire Nation. Katara's abilities have greatly improved since the very first episode. At the outset, she had little control over her waterbending and often needed someone else to help her defeat an opponent, though her temper, which would increase her waterbending tenfold. Katara can use water to cut through objects, can summon lashing waves and whips of varying sizes, cover herself with a sheath of water and manipulate it at will

I always thought it was odd that Katara became a "master" so quickly. It took what, two or three episodes at most? There must have been a huge time jump between the end of the first season and start of the second.

I think she became a master during the coarse of the show instead of just the last few of the season.. I mean you see her character grow during most of season one, it flourishes more in season 2, then it completes itself in season 3.. I think Master Paku gave her the title of Master Waterbender cause of her growth during season one, cause I think theres only maybe a week or two after season 1 ends when the second one starts.

That makes more sense. She does grow in ability a great deal over the course of each season. Some of the things she did during the fight with Paku would have been very out of place for her in the first episode. I suppose even a master never stops learning. Katara certainly taught Paku a few things, after all.

Aika's childhood alternated between happiness and tragedy. Her parents were killed when she was a small girl, and for a time she was kept by the Dyne family as a foster daughter until she was old enough to take care of herself, when she moved back into her family's old home. When she was a very young girl, Aika fell into the well on Pirate Island and was rescued by Vyse; as a result of the trauma of this fall she has never learned to swim. When she was ten years old, she got into serious danger while helping out with a rescue mission, and this situation resulted in the crescent-shaped scar under Vyse's left eye. Aika feels guilty about Vyse's injury, but Vyse doesn't blame her for it. Aika has been friends with Vyse for her entire life and the two fight well together. She also becomes fast friends with Fina. Aika has problems with authority figures, including Captain Dyne, but comes into her own when she, Vyse and Fina strike out on their mission.
