At a Home Depot in South Carolina, there has been a cat now named "Depot" that has been living there for 13 years. The management at the store wanted to evict her since she was tripping alarms at night, but there was an overwhelming outcry from the customers to allow the cat to stay. So it looks like the cat will continue to live in the Home Depot.

That's a nice story, I'm glad it ended well.

Aw, that's awesome. Cats are so adaptive. I agree, I'm glad she was able to stay. Cats have hard enough lives as it is.

Cute cat. She almost looks like one of my cats. I agree in that I am glad they let her stay. If she's been there that long, then that is her home, and it seems like the customers seem to love her so that is a plus for the store. Funny that she's been there that long but is just now tripping off those alarms. Trust me, most cats do not like loud noises and if they can they will stay away from them so maybe in time she will find the right path to take and stay away from those alarms.
