California Fires

I saw on the news the other night where several wildfires are in various parts of California. These fires are feriocous (sp?) and burning everything in sight. Several homes have been destroyed and a few people have lost their lives due to these fires, etc. Praying the firefighters and other workers can get a handle on these fires before they do very much more damage, and also praying for rain out there.

And it is not just the people and their homes and the firefighters that are suffering through these fires. The animals are having a hard time too. Many animals have been found and are being sheltered until all this is over.
