California has been feeling the effects of a major drought for awhile now with residents being told to ration water, etc. Now actor William Shatner ("Star Trek", "Boston Legal") may have come up with an idea to possibly help the crisis situation by building a pipeline to pipe water in to the affected areas, etc. Only thing is the plan may cost around $30 billion.

What does everyone think?
