Has anyone heard about Bono and his 'tribute' to Elvis?

I have NEVER liked Bono, and now I have more reason than ever to dislike him. If this was his idea of a "tribute" to Elvis, and he is supposedly an Elvis fan, then I'd hate to see what would happen if he wasn't a fan of someone's!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :grumpy:

To put it mildly, this is one of the most disgusting things I have ever heard of.

To me, it seems like Bono is one of those celebrities that thrives on controversy and pushing the limits of what he can say, just to see how far he can go. Having seen what he said in this "tribute" poem (which we can't repeat here), I have to say it does not strike me as much of a fan of Elvis at all.

I haven't listened to Bono's poem but I've read some of the words he chose and they were just... weird. I don't know how else to describe it. Definitely some choice terms that, as Thoul mentioned, can't be mentioned on the thread.
