Exactly, BUT!!! I do know of one other reason re-reading over all the Conversings in Elsydeon. It said Nei only wore that outfit because everyone seemed to think that she was part cat, and therefore hated water, so they kept throwing in the ocean, she found it easier to just keep the suit on. XDDDD
