Bird Drawing - Eastern Bluebird

Another oldie - a bluebird. Love these birds too and I've seen a few around here. This may have been the first one where I also colored whatever the bird is perched on.

Hey, red, white, and blue. I'm surprised this bird isn't often used as a patriotic symbol in the USA. Of course, I wouldn't expect a bluebird to have so much red on it, so I have to wonder what was going on when this type of bird was originally named.

Ah well, back to the drawing itself! You did a great job as usual. Very vibrant colors and good detail on the shapes and definitions. I'm glad you did color the perch, also. It adds a nice extra detail to the overall drawing.
