My current favorite quotes have to be from Deadpool in X-Men Legends 2 and Marvel Ultimate Alliance when he levels up :

X-Men Legends 2
"I win! I win! Neener Neener Neener!"

Marvel Ultimate Alliance
"And now I'm better, at doing whatever it is Wolverine does"
"Oh! Did I win a new car too?"

Of course he has random quotes during M:UV as well :

(Flirting with Black Widow in a bad French accent)
Ah, how I have missed you, mon petit chapeau. Let us run away and live a carefree life somewhere exotic... like Pittsburg.
[separate Black Widow conversation]
Deadpool: Black Widow, I've gotta know... Are those real?
Black Widow: I beg your pardon?
Deadpool: Ahh... Your teeth, they're just so darn shiny and straight.

(Talking to Jarvis)
Hello, good citizen! I'm CAPTAIN AMERICA! You don't have to salute if you don't want to.
(Jarvis doesn't believe him)
All righty then, I'm THOR! You might want to kneel in my presence... I am the God of Thunder, you know!

(Talking with his buddy Weasel)
Deadpool: Weasel old buddy! Where have you been hiding out?
Weasel: In the hospital, you stabbed me in the leg remember?
Deadpool: I had to! You were trying to eat the last cheesy puff!
Weasel: It was MY bag of cheesy puffs!
Deadpool: That's not how I remember it.

(Talking to Black Bolt)
Deadpool: Hi, Black Bolt. How are ya?
[Black Bolt says nothing]
Deadpool: Oh, that's right. You can't talk can you? Your voice is so powerful, it would destroy half of Atillan if you said anything at all.
[Black Bolt still says nothing]
Deadpool: But c'mon, let's put that to the test. Just say one tiny word: 'Spatula.'
[Black Bolt still says nothing]
Deadpool: Oh, don't be such a stick in the mud. Come on, repeat after me: 'Spatula.'

Sorry for the long post, he just has too many funny things for me to list without making this a giant wall o text

I'd also like to use Dragon Force on the Saturn for this. Most of the generic characters have funny quotes but one ninja said this "Want to learn how to sword swallow? One easy lesson!" I couldn't help but laugh.

Dragon Force does indeed have some awesome quotes. I have not played it in so long so it's hard to remember, but I'll try:

My favorite - Scythe: "Only a fool rushes forth to their death. Rush forth little one."

Others: Reinhart - "You. Me. Battlefied. NOW!"
Grudar - "You can't win against Superfly, baby!"
Jackal - "Get Moving, you're slower than a geriatric bowel movement!"
Tsugal - "There's no way I'm losing to a bunch of preening quakebuttocks!"

Dragon Force has so many awesome quotes and it's one of my favorite games of all time. It's nice to see someone else appreciates the game.

In Street Fighter III-Third Strike Gill has an awesome end quite in which he says: "Immortality is not a gift, it's a responsibility" I like that quote a lot.

Lucas you'd love the ones from Street Fighter IV, they actually say a different one for each opponent.

Dragon Force has another one for special movies

Rudger "One Atomic Wedgie coming up!"

Oh and Shibas, I'm proud to say that Dragon Force was the first Saturn game I purchased and it was the reason I wanted to buy a Saturn. Albert Odyssey, Shining the Holy Ark and Panzer Dragoon Saga are a few more Gems on my beloved Saturn. In fact I'm tempted to break out the Saturn and enjoy Dragon Force again.

Traffic Department 2192- your character, Marta Velasquez, gets some verbal sparring in with the final boss, Osyluth:

Osyluth: You've joined forces with the enemy, Velasquez! Now you ARE the enemy!
Vel: You don't WANT to be my enemy! In case you've been keeping score, all of my enemies are dead!
Osyluth: Not this one.
Vel: Have it your way. In the VCI, you said I'd have another chance at killing you. You also saved my life... it'll be tough vaping you!
Osyluth: Hesitation kills, Velasquez.
Vel: So do I, Osyluth.

Come to think of it, Vel gets a lot of this game's best lines.

When it comes to video came quotes...I must remember the Mr. Saturns in Earthbound. So here are just a few of their gems. Weird caps will substitute for their unique font. It's supposed to be somewhat hard to read.

Saturn Valley when you first arrive:
"wE fEEl GROOvE! Hi HO. mE mR. SatURn. tHis PlacE, all aRE mR. SatURn."
"ByE latER!"
"ScaRy, ScaRy GUy, BOinG! GRaPEfRUit fallS! ScaRy, Sick, BaRfy...GO anD... la la la! DinG! ScaRy!"

Mr. Saturns in the cave back to Saturn Valley after defeating Master Belch (a talking pile of puke):
"i EScaPED. ZoOm! BuUrP! BOinG! GoODy! BUuUrP!"
"yOU wORn DOwn? aHHH... BOinG! BuUURp! BaRf! STiNky! PEEEE-yEUUU!"

Saturn Valley after Master Belch:
"oH! Oh! *wHEEzE* BREatHe iS SOOOOO gOOd!"

After Giygas:
"HApPy. BOinG. mOrE HaPPy. DInG diNG. mUCh mOrE HaPPy. BOO BOO'S. BiG BiG HaPPy. zOOOOOm!"

Dopiest NPCs ever. I love those stupid things. :D
Next Pokemon game(s): Pearl
Last finished Pokémon game: Shield
Other games: Skyrim Special Edition (Switch), Spyro Reignited Trilogy (Switch & PS4), Okami (Switch & PS4)
Other gaming goals: completing a Living Pokedex (minus some event Pokes) and going through at least 1 game per generation

Yeah man Saturn rocks. It's a shame so many people let it pass by. I have every game you mentioned, along with Shining Force III. I'm still looking to pick up a factory sealed copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga someday. My copy is mint, but for some reason I want a new copy of Panzer Saga to go with my gaming collection. I got a New copy of Dragon Force not too long ago, to go with my existing mint copy of Dragon Force. I'm just weird like that sometimes.
