Neifirst was good I would agree but I'm going with Lashiec all the way. His PSIV form I found just so awesome. Not to mention he can hold his own in battle and he's quite an evil character definitly a cool boss in my opinion.

And he offers a excellent challenge if you don't use the Psyco Wand to Neutralize his increase in power (Like I did, which in my defense I didn't know the Psyco Wand could be used for anything useful after the Zio fight)

Neifirst was certainly the most interesting and added a superb subplot to PSII (and gave Nei's character an interesting twist). She won my vote for this reason.

Zio was a close 2nd with his influence all over Motavia, and I also considered Siren and Lune since they are each strong factors in the game in terms of story... Siren always attacks the Layans while Lune goes after the Orakians, no matter what path you take, and they leave their mark in the 3rd generation as well.
