Jackson death a homicide

Postby Silver_Surfer1 » Tue Aug 25, '09, 6:11 pm

Heard on the news that Michael Jackson's death had been ruled a homicide.

It looks like someone is going to have to take the blame for this.

You have to wonder about this, though. It seems he may have been given an overdose of a drug. But still you have to wonder how he, or anyone for that matter, could wind up in a position like this anyway. I suppose it is something you'll never know unless you walk in their shoes, though, as the saying goes.

So, who do you think will wind up taking the blame for this.....MJ himself, his doctor or doctors, other possible enablers, drug stores that may have possibly filled the presciptions, or who?

Most likely the blame will fall the doctors, probably that one that was on the news a few weeks ago and gave Jackson that shot of the medicine. I doubt the blame will be placed very much on Jackson himself. If it had been ruled a suicide, maybe that would happen, but homicide means someone else took his life.

I assume this will make it easier for the insurance company(s) to pay off also. It's all really very sad and tragic.

Yea I was a little surprised at the outcome but it makes sense.

If you have a doctor who is knowingly subscribing and administering a deadly cocktail of drugs he deserves legal action.

Just sad really for all parties involved.

I believe the recent autopsy showed that while he had high levels of medication in his system, it would not have been enough to kill him with his body as healthy as it was. They did say he was not in the best of shape... but not bad enough to be killed by that level of medication.

Perhaps I am wrong about this though.
