Has anyone been watching the baseball World Series?

I must admit I've missed all of it this year. Just too much else going on.

And, I haven't heard all that much about the world series games either which is weird cosidering it is such an important event each year. This year there has been something more important going on I guess - the Presidential election campaigns.

Anyway, I just heard that the Philadelphia Phillies won the World Series title this year - Congratulations to them!

I have always liked the Phillies! Mostly because of their red uniforms.
They play ball pretty well too.

Tampa Rays are a fine team as well, and better luck to them next year.

Anyone else a baseball fan here, and if so, who were you rooting for to win the world series this year?

I'm surprised at how little coverage the series got this year. I didn't hear a thing about it anywhere.

I didn't hear much either...admittedly, I'm not a fan of baseball, so I wasn't paying attention much. I think it just got overshadowed by the election.
