According to Jerry Beck's book "The 50 Greatest Cartoons Of All Time", this is one of them. The ending really scared the bejesus out of me! Especially since it was set to the last chord of The Beatles' A Day In The Life:

Even having been told what was going to happen in advance by someone, that ending was a bit surprising. It happens so suddenly. :lol:
